Wines rest inside what we have deliberately designed as a library, as if they were important volumes to be treated with care, witnesses to the commitment and dreams of those who planted, cultivated, harvested, and finally processed them with passion and love.

This is, in short, the attitude that our sommelier carries toward every bottle of wine. Each bottle is a new book to discover, to leaf through leisurely and without haste, apprehending its essence. Sometimes, in this exercise of style, we are taken aback by the aromas and flavors they present to us, especially when they are synergized with dishes capable of enhancing their extant qualities.

Over 150 labels fill our library today. A rich and varied "vertical cellar" that like any library grows every day to always find space for new volumes... always another story to tell and share.
